By engaging A1, RO Chimney & AC Service Centre for any repair or maintenance service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are subject to availability and technician scheduling.
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to meet your preferred time slot, actual timing may vary. We will notify you of any significant delays or rescheduling needs.
We provide warranty on repairs and parts as follows:
You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 2 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a visit charge.
Our liability is limited to the cost of service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, manufacturing issues, or damage resulting from improper use.
We use genuine spare parts from authorized dealers. Old parts will be shown to you before disposal. Part availability may affect service completion time.
Annual Maintenance Contract terms include scheduled visits, priority service, and discounted repairs. AMC does not cover major parts replacement or issues due to negligence.
